Loved it until yesterday

I bought Jigsaws Galore for my iMac on March 1 of this year and it worked flawlessly until yesterday.

Suddenly, despite clicking on the correct icon, it reverted to the old Free version I downloaded on July 5, of 2015. Nothing I did brought back the toolbars I use to replay old puzzles and create my own.

I had an error message (no further info or explanation) on the App site, so I thought I’d uninstall it it and then reinstall it. This didn’t work AT ALL. Now it refuses to download and install on my Mac, just the message “Waiting…” for several hours now. The Pause button doesn’t work, either.

HELP!!!!
